Something else happened on May 1, 2010, two worlds collided; Utopia Guide’s “CCC” (Carney Construction Crew) and LISK.

The fact that Shannan used a driver to get there was unknown to LISK. While he watched the car go in to the Oak Beach neighborhood, he wasn’t able to see who was driving. I imagine that Brewer went to Hackett’s that early morning (where the call to CVS came in), and Shannan was given a script-how he got her information (under the guise of medical history). For what? My guess is that it was GHB; prescribed for narcolepsy. Shannan (and Brewer) may have been led to believe that it was something else. When a doctor hands you a script, you don’t usually look it over.

Shannan and Brewer got back, had a few beers, and did their thing. Before the second go, she took the script. GHB is also a date rape drug. Every symptom that Shannan had (confusion, sounding drunk, aggitated, unaware of surroundings…) are synonymous to GHB. It only takes about 15 min for it to kick in, and at that point, Brewer would want her out, and Shannan would think Brewer was trying to kill her (it was Brewer that took Shannan to Hackett’s home). If Pak was being dismissive to Shannan, in her confusion she would think he knew what was happening and part of it and fear him, as well. She ran past the front gate, to a familiar place, to someone she thought she could trust and someone who could help her.

• Again, he uses the phrase, “I never met nor had any contact whatsoever with Shannan.”

Misinformation

There is a LOT of misinformation that has been handed over to the media. (Will add more sources to this later.)

The http://www.nypost.com has been a source for a lot of the misinformation. The NY Post dishes out a lot of information to be the first to report, but they don’t always check their sources before publishing the information.

Where did the information come from? 

There have been several “key phrases” in the information that has been given to the media about recent missing persons that are eerily similar to the phrases released in the press about Shannan Gilbert and other known victims.

• “Walked into the water and disappeared.” ~Shannan Gilbert and Natasha Jugo
• Schizophrenic break/episode ~Shannan Gilbert and Natasha Jugo (ie. believing she was being followed)
• Suicidal ~Natasha Jugo and many others
• Blame the boyfriend, pimp, husband, etc.~too many to name
• Cases not related ~any bodies found after the discovery of GB4

Rosa* was about to cross the United States-Mexico border when her coyote, or human smuggler, ordered the 22-year-old to have sex with him and told her that the promise of a job in computers or modeling in New York was a trick to force her into prostitution. Tracy*, 18, a product of the Boston foster care system, had been sold from one pimp to another until she was arrested for prostitution on Long Island; she told her story to investigators and was admitted to a shelter for human trafficking victims.

Rosa is staying in a group home where authorities hope that she will one day get to testify against her traffickers.

Tracy checked herself out of the shelter three days later and hasn’t been seen since.

The two are but a glimpse of the untold number of victims swept up in the global and domestic sex trafficking trade—mostly women under 25, one-third of them minors—who have been forced, coerced or duped into a life of selling sex. Up to 200,000 are reportedly U.S. citizens, in addition to more than 17,000 Hispanic, Asian and Eastern European immigrants, but experts say such statistical estimates are virtually impossible to verify. The approximately $9.5 billion human trafficking trade is among the top three criminal markets worldwide alongside illegal drug and arms dealing, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

She is described as 5-foot-7 and 120 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair.

Interestingly, police are stating this is not connected to the “10 remains” (because they are still lying claiming Shannan Gilbert’s death accidental coincidental a drowning an overdose exposure to the elements she just laid down and died after rmoving half her clothes making it less than 100 feet from the road because that’s what the would do unrelated) even though there is an ongoing search of the area with Suffolk County PD, Nassau County PD, NYPD, and NY State Troopers and no sign of this woman. Deja vous, much?

Maybe if they had done a thorough search of Ocean Parkway for the other 89 points of interest that the FBI Blackhawk HD imagery found, they wouldn’t have to work their way around other remains to search for this woman’s remains? Oh wait, Sandy didn’t wash bodies onto the street, so they are “confident” their looking with their eyes closed searches were “thorough”.

If they would only investigate the dungeon(s) these assholes sick sons of bitches rotten human beings murderous psychopaths monsters are hiding in plain sight right under the police’s limp dicks noses, they may actually find one of these MANY missing women ALIVE. Wouldn’t THAT be a novelty! Nevermind. That would mean they would have to get off their asses, put down their Dunkin’ coffee, and go outside in the cold. Anyone whose ever read a news article on this case knows that those high-paying, lazy assholes don’t like the cold. They need to wait until it warms up to make sure the greenery hides what they don’t want to find.

This author of this article, John G. Kays, sums up the strange stories regarding Natasha Jugo’s disappearance.

Natasha is a gorgeous woman! Was she being targeted by these men to become part of their prostitution ring, and she was “uncooperative”? Is that why she was being followed? I suspect she was under the impression she was meeting a woman. She wouldn’t be going on a date dressed like that. I still wonder about the robe. If a neighbor saw what she was wearing, how did that neighbor know she had a grey hoodie under a black coat and robe? Does the neighbor have x-ray vision? I’ve gone out dressed similarly, but it would only be if I didn’t plan on getting out of my car. Are there full service gas stations in the area of her home?

There was recently a Wikipedia page made on Natasha’s disappearance. It said she immigrated from Yugoslavia (Why? Because Jugo sounds like Yugo? lol) in 2007. Not true at all.

Natasha’s father has been in plenty of trouble with the law in Yugoslavia Tampa, FL.

Natasha, herself, has been arrested in North Carolina. Alex Diaz (Shannan Gilbert’s ex driver pimp boyfriend) also has ties in North Carolina.

How did he get this picture?

BDSM was mentioned by ps149 as a possible connection to the LISK. He was either leading the readers of WS in the wrong direction or he was giving intimate knowledge of how LISK found his victims.

The significance of this particular event flyer is damning. Amber Lynn Costello was never reported missing. It was only when her body was found and she was identified and the last person to see her (her roommate) thought it was around Sept. 2, 2010. It could be that her killer vetted her at that Vendetta at the Beach party and picked her up days later, or it could be her killer “brought” her to that party. This is my speculation based on the LISK’s stalking habits.

Her killer would be aware of the threats made against ALC on UG and that her home address and number were posted on that site he regularly trolled.

Inconsistancies

If you don’t follow the information handed out by the “regulars” of certain websites, it is difficult to determine the inconsistancies from the comments made by those active “regulars”. On the website specific to this case, you can form 3 distinct groups: those seriously searching for the truth, those curious but not invested, and the “distraction”.

When the “distraction” is coming from an alias that becomes “known” and questioned, the alias changes but the “distraction” continues. One has to wonder the motive of any alias meant to confuse, distract, point fingers, ramble about irrelevant issues, and comment on the other alias’ personally (to discredit, accuse, misdirect, chastise, etc).

I fall into the group of wanting to find out the truth. There isn’t much to work with. In the absence of facts, I use common sense, and think, “The simple answer is the most likely.” This brings me to the conclusions I’ve surmised about this case.

Profile of a killer…

Wednesday, June 29, 2011 Killer’s Profile I really don’t put too much stock in profiling. It’s usually hit or miss, but even still, having thought so much about the case, my imagination can’t help but form a picture. So I think I’m gonna let my imagination run wild for a moment and have a go at it. He’s approaching middle age; older than most serial killers and perhaps something of a late bloomer. He’s white. He’s not short, but he’s not very tall either. He has a fairly stocky frame and is even a little barrel-chested (he does push-ups and sit-ups or some has type of home gym equipment). He has in the past sported a mustache until it began going grey. His hair is wavy and is something of a source of pride for him. He probably dyes it or removes the grey using a product like Just For Men. He may have a bad knee and walk with a very slight limp. He wears glasses to read. They’re thick dark frames, but are of a name brand and what he considers to look somewhat hip or stylish. His eyes are dark, but penetrating and somewhat close together. He has a smallish mouth, but an easy smile with big teeth. He is divorced and has recently entered something of a mid-life crisis. He drives an expensive car like a Cadillac. The color is dark and may be an SUV with tinted windows and a remote start. The interior is immaculate. He works in finance and commutes to the city. He’s an executive and dresses the part. He has his own parking spot. He often drives home in just his shirt sleeves and his ties undone. He has a boat and enjoys fishing. He prides himself on his patience and skill at the sport. At night he drinks scotch and sometimes smokes cigars. Sometimes he dabbles in cocaine. All the pretense he shrouds himself with in his daily life is usually enough to keep his ego and the killer at bay. But, unfortunately, it’s not always enough. It’s those long weekends alone, when he’s out of his element, when he’s just another guy with some time off, that the scotch and occasional cocaine isn’t enough and he feels a pull in his gut for something more. He often drinks himself to sleep with that feeling and hopes that it’s gone in the morning. Often times it is not and so he spends the day searching for and toying with potential prey. That’s a very detailed description of the killer. It almost sounds like the writer knows the killer himself. I guess what CPH is trying to say is that he’s careful and patient enough to pass up on ME. Risky AND uncooperative=mysterymom7. He can’t even get me to stop writing about him. It warms my heart thinking how big a fight Shannan put up. It was enough to expose Charles Peter Hackett for his evil deeds.

I’d like to pose a serious question to Vito. Did you write Confessions of the Oak Beach Drifter? If so, why would you basically implicate yourself as a potential suspect?

If you did write it, I apologize for my negative comments about the book. I still stand by my opinion that the content was disturbing. Kudos to you if you’ve changed your ways.

If you did write it, do you have any idea why ps149 would try to take credit for writing it? Any idea why ps149 would post a picture of “alphamale” saying he was the “drifter” (therefore claiming you, the author, is that man)? Do you know ps149? If not, do you have an idea who ps149 may be?

I ask this because it’s seemed to me that whoever tipped the police off to the “drifter” has been setting him up to be his fall guy. Do I think this “drifter” killed SG or is LISK? No. As far as anyone knows, he wasn’t even there when SG was. So why write in that you were?

Precious Dust and fieldnotes on WS both claim to know the true identity of the “drifter”. I believe BOTH those aliases belong to ps149. Did you ever have a phone conversation with either of those aliases or email contact? If so, I think he not only has it out for me, but does for you. He’s not trying to pin a murder on me, though.
